Overview
Boss ("we", "our", or "the app") is a standalone network utility client designed with user privacy as a fundamental principle.
No traffic or connection logging
Boss operates strictly as a local configuration manager and network routing client. We do not inspect, monitor, record, store, or transmit your internet traffic, packet payloads, browsing activity, DNS queries, IP addresses, session timestamps, connection durations, destinations, services, or protocols accessed through imported configurations. Network routing and encryption or decryption are performed locally on your device by the core engine.
Configuration data stays on your device
Server addresses, port numbers, public keys, certificates, subscription links, and authentication tokens that you manually import or add via deep links are stored exclusively in the app's local sandboxed storage. We do not transmit, back up, or sync your configurations to external servers operated by us.
Personal data collection
We do not collect personally identifiable information. Boss does not require registration, an account, your name, email address, phone number, or payment details to operate.
Third-party services and endpoints
When you connect to an external server or import a configuration from a third-party provider, your traffic routes directly through that third party. That provider's privacy policy and terms govern its handling of your data. We do not control and are not responsible for the policies or operations of third-party server providers.
Analytics and crash reporting
Boss does not embed third-party tracking SDKs, advertising frameworks, or behavioral analytics tools, and does not track users across apps or websites. Aggregate, anonymized crash reports or performance metrics may be provided through Apple's standard App Store analytics only if you have explicitly opted in to sharing crash data with developers at the iOS system level.
Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13 or under the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational or legal updates. The latest version will always be available through this website or the applicable app listing.
