The service
Boss is a utility software tool designed to help users import, manage, and execute custom network configurations and proxy profiles supplied by the user or independent third parties. Boss does not provide, host, sell, or operate servers, network bandwidth, or internet access.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for all configurations, subscription URLs, and endpoints imported into the app, as well as the third-party providers you choose to route traffic through. You agree to use Boss in compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.
No traffic logging
Boss operates strictly as a local client. The software does not inspect, collect, monitor, store, or log your network traffic, DNS requests, visited websites, or transmitted content.
Availability and third-party dependencies
The performance and availability of network connections depend entirely on third-party servers, endpoint providers, your local ISP, and operating-system permissions. We provide no warranties regarding connection speed, latency, geographical location, uptime, or ongoing compatibility with third-party protocols.
Security
You are responsible for keeping your configuration links, subscription tokens, and keys secure. Anyone who obtains your configuration link may be able to access the corresponding third-party network service.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
Boss is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Boss shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the software or third-party network connections.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will be made available through this website or the applicable app listing.
